We offer a 24-hour refund policy for orders that have not been delivered. If you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order and the order has not yet been completed, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Refund for Account Bans
If your EA account receives a ban from Electronic Arts within 7 days of coin delivery, you may be eligible for a refund. This policy applies only when the ban is directly related to the coin transfer service we provided.
3.1 Conditions
The following conditions must be met:
- The ban must be directly related to the coin transfer service we provided
- You must provide proof of the ban from EA (screenshot or email from EA Support)
- The ban must occur within 7 days of delivery completion
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the ban notification
- We reserve the right to investigate the circumstances of the ban
3.2 Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided for bans resulting from:
- Your own actions (cheating, exploiting, etc.)
- Violations of EA's Terms of Service that are unrelated to our service
- Bans that occur more than 7 days after delivery
- Bans where you cannot provide proof from EA
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Orders completed more than 24 hours ago (unless covered by ban policy above)
- Incorrect account information provided by the customer
- Customer-provided backup codes are invalid or expired
- Customer changes account password or security settings during delivery
- Bans resulting from customer's own actions or violations of EA's Terms of Service
- Orders where delivery was successfully completed
- Customer dissatisfaction with coin prices (prices are displayed before purchase)
- Customer errors in order placement (wrong platform, wrong amount, etc.)
5. Processing Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider
5.2 Payment Method Refunds
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refunds appear within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds may take 7-14 business days
